Beyond Rule of 5 Live Lab
The bRo5 Live Lab (bRo5) is a science-first workshop dedicated to advancing oral delivery strategies for molecules that push beyond Lipinski’s Rule of 5. Running alongside the Advancing Drug Development Forum (ADDF), it builds on the Forum’s reputation for high-quality peer exchange while offering a distinct space for formulation scientists, CMC leaders, biotech innovators, and CDMO partners.
A Working Format for Solving Real Challenges
The first event in our Live Lab series, bRo5 is an interactive working session built around real-world challenges in oral drug delivery. Participants engage directly with one another—sharing experiences, testing ideas, and exploring enabling technologies. Together, they address permeability, solubility, and bioavailability barriers in some of the most complex modalities, including peptides, degraders, macrocycles, and RNA-targeting small molecules.
